Count Tracula is an internal inventory and costing tool operated by Bar-All, Inc. By using it you agree to these terms. It is for authorized users with a provisioned account, not a public service.
Do no harm
Use the tool for its intended purpose. Don't use it for anything unlawful, don't try to break in or gain access you weren't given, don't share your account, and don't do anything that would damage the tool or get in the way of other users.
Your data, our tool
The business data you enter stays yours. Count Tracula itself - the software - is owned by Bar-All, Inc.
As-is
The tool is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, Bar-All, Inc. is not liable for damages arising from your use of it. These terms are governed by Tennessee law. We may update them; the effective date above reflects the current version.
